Entering the Number of Dents for Comparison

To compare the costs of repairing dents using the chosen hail formula with the costs of pre-pressing and painting dents, you need a fixed number of dents for comparison. You can enter this number yourself or configure OnePad to calculate it for you.

Entering Manually

1. Enter the number of dents for comparison in the Dents field. OnePad will calculate what percentage of the actual number of dents this number represents and fill the % of dents > 20 field.

   ➀ You can also enter a percentage in the % of dents > 20 field. OnePad will calculate the number of dents to be used in the comparison. For example, if the number of dents entered in the Number of dents field is 10 and you enter 50 as the percentage, OnePad will use 5 as the number of dents for comparison.

Configure OnePad to Calculate For You

1. Click . The Settings dialog box displays.
2. Click the Hail configuration tab.
3. Enter a percentage in the Default dent percentage field.

   ➀ OnePad will use this percentage to calculate the number of dents for comparison. Click for an example.
