Overriding System Values
In some circumstances, it may be necessary to override values stored in the database. You can do this in the Standard Positions tab and, if configured, in the Modification Panel.
Using the Standard Positions Tab
You can override system values in the Standard Positions tab. This method of overriding system values will be particularly useful if you are entering guide numbers to capture damage.
Using the Modification Panel
If you are using part drawings to capture damage, you can use the Modification Panel to override system values and view parts in the selected vehicle zone at the same time.
Note: The Modification Panel also shows details about the repair and paint methods you selected and any subsequent actions you performed such as calculating work units.
