When I start OnePad, I am asked to select a hail formula. Why?

When you start OnePad, the system will ask you to select a hail formula if you previously used a different damage capturing application to capture damage for the case vehicle. You can select a hail formula to use or click Cancel if you do not wish to do so. Please note however that if you attempt to capture dent damages, the system will display an error message informing you that the hail formula is unknown. If you wish to capture dent damages, you must select a hail formula from the Hail Configuration tab in the User Settings tab. Click here for more information about selecting a hail formula.
