Using the Check-list to Manage Selections

Editing Selections

If you wish to edit a selection, simply double-click it in the Check-list and the system will display the relevant dialog box. You can then make the necessary changes. For example, if you double-click a standard position, the Update Existing Standard Position(s) dialog box will display. You can then make changes, for example, by applying a different repair method. If you double-click an ID Block Code, the ID Block Code dialog box will display.

Deleting Selections

You can delete any of your selections directly in the Check-list. Click the Check-list tab to display an overview of the positions, model options and ID Block Codes you have selected.

Deleting Individual Selections
  1. Click the desired selection to highlight it.
  2. Click to delete the position.
Deleting Multiple Selections
  1. Click the first selection you wish to delete.
  2. Whilst holding down Ctrl on your keyboard click the remaining selections you wish to delete.
  3. Click to delete.
Deleting Selections in a Group
  1. Click the group title, for example, Front Panels or Build Dates / VIN.
  2. Click . The system will ask you to confirm that you wish to delete all selections in the group.
  3. Click:

    - Yes to confirm the deletion.

    - No to return to the Check-list without deleting the selections.
