Capturing Hail Damage
When capturing hail damage, you have two options, (1) enter details of the hail damage and allow the system to calculate the number of work units for you or (2) manually define work units or a fixed price for the work. The exact method of capturing hail damage depends on the configuration of OnePad and the hail formula in use. The hail formula currently being used is always shown in the header of the Hail Formula dialog box. For more information about capturing hail damage using a specific formula, refer to the links at the bottom of this page.
Note: You can select a different formula in the Hail Configuration tab of the User Settings dialog box.
